General Policy

Due to the nature of research-use peptide products, returns and refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Products may not be eligible for return once shipped, opened, used, stored improperly, or handled outside recommended conditions.

Eligible Review Situations

ARK Peptide may review a return, replacement, or refund request if there is a confirmed order error, documented shipment issue, or product issue reported promptly with supporting evidence.

• Contact us immediately after receiving the shipment.
• Provide order details, photos, packaging images, and a clear description of the issue.
• Do not discard packaging or product materials until review is complete.

Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds or returns are generally not available for buyer ordering mistakes, change of mind, improper storage, unauthorized use, opened products, used products, products shipped to an incorrect buyer-provided address, or products delayed due to customs or regulatory review.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you believe an order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package, product label, contents, and any relevant shipping documents. We will review the claim and determine the available resolution.

Customs, Import, and Regulatory Issues

Buyers are responsible for local import rules, customs clearance, permits, duties, taxes, and regulatory requirements. ARK Peptide is not responsible for shipment refusal, seizure, delay, return, or destruction caused by customs or local regulations.
